Doc Chat is a digital download — a working codebase delivered instantly after purchase. Because the product is fully accessible the moment it's delivered, refund requests are handled as follows.
If the download link fails, the files are corrupted, or the code does not run as described in the product documentation when followed correctly, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or a fix.
Because the source code is fully delivered on purchase, refunds are not provided simply for change of mind once the files have been downloaded, nor for issues caused by a buyer's own environment (missing dependencies, incompatible Python version, incorrect API key setup) where the documented setup steps were not followed.
Email support@centy.cloud with your order number and a description of the issue. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed by our payment provider (Dodo Payments) back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
